We are still here, and God is still good and only good. The government is even talking about sending us money. The grocery stores are restocking. The TV is still working. All is well.
Our thought for today is from Psalms 46: “Be still and know that I am God.” Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:31 “Be not anxious.” I also need to quote a Jamaican hotel worker that was helping me set up for a one-week intensive seminar in his country: “No worries mon. All is well.” (If you were ever in Jamaica, this is how they pronounce it.)
Our worries and concerns are driven by our made-up internal dialogues of fear and doubt. We have asked for changes and wow, are we getting them. Let us be still and know that God is in and through everything, and let us be not anxious, and let us look at the world and say: no worries mon, all is well.
One of the major things that is suggested in creating a peaceful spiritual life is meditation and pray and meditate with you. We love you and know that God/Source/Ultimate Reality is everywhere present, in all situations and under all conditions. No worries mon.
