This week my daughter sent me a link to download Chat gpt, an artificial intelligence program to try. I couldn’t resist asking it “What principles are necessary for a spiritual life” and watched with amazement as it immediately printed out the following answer verbatim:

The program also gave me some ideas on where it went in order to find these seven steps and put them in a rational order so quickly. Names such as Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, and Jewish writings came up. So, this wonderful list of principles is an amalgamation of centuries of the ancient minds’ ideas on creating and returning to the Christ state of being which is our natural state of being in human form.
These ideas are valuable enough that we should take some time over the next few weeks and review each idea and look at “What Jesus said about each one.”
We are looking for the answers to a harmonious, purposeful, and peaceful life. I would suspect that we can find some of these answers as we investigate these seven principles and what Jesus, our master teacher had to say about them.
